What an amazing day at Cambridge Rare Diseases Network.

We were lucky enough to be invited to the recent Cambridge Rare Diseases Network event on Saturday 26 November at The Guild Hall in Cambridge. Science Communicators, Mario and Amy went along with our brand new game, EvoLOOTion – and what a success! Apparently it was better than Minecraft! It is always a pleasure to do something a little different and to showcase how exciting science can be to different audiences. We were delighted to be involved with our good friends at CRDN, who do outstanding work in our local community.

We’re back at The Grand Arcade

We are delighted to bring our PopUpScience Centre back to The Grand Arcade, Floor 1, for this October half-term. We will be joining others who will be using The Grand Arcade as a platform to showcase some of the best circular economy initiatives from across Cambridgeshire through a programme of interactive workshops and an exhibition space over the half-term week. Anglia Ruskin University Peterborough support Cambridge Science Centre’s Peterborough PopUpScience Roadshow.

Cambridge Science Centre will be bringing science to Queensgate between 13th and 21st August with a PopUpScience roadshow aimed at young people and their families.  Free to attend and open every day, families can explore and discover science through our interactive activities, busking science and hands-on exhibits. We celebrate the success of our inspirational summer STEM outreach programme.

Cambridge Science Centre are celebrating the successes of their summer PopUpScience roadshows at the Grand Arcade in Cambridge and Queensgate in Peterborough.
