We are open!

We are open to the public on weekends and during school holidays.

For the February half-term we will be discovering birds and exploring their habitats, what they eat and where they live.

The UK desperately needs more scientists: four in ten UK employers have problems recruiting staff with science and maths skills. But by age 11, most young people are already turned off science.

This is where we step in. We have got over 300,000 young people excited about science since 2013. And we are really good at reaching those young people who wouldn’t naturally be interested in science. What’s more, our entry cost is only half that of other science centres.
